Q: What is the PackMosa Shoe Laundry Bag?
A: PackMosa Shoe Laundry Bag is a specially designed protective mesh bag that lets you wash your shoes safely in a washing machine. It prevents tangling, scuffing, and damage to both your shoes and the washing machine drum.
Q: What types of shoes can I wash in this bag?
A: You can safely wash sneakers, sports shoes, canvas shoes, and lightweight footwear. Heavy shoes or leather shoes are not recommended, as they may get damaged.
Q: How many shoes can I wash at a time?
A: One pair (two shoes) fits comfortably in a single PackMosa Laundry Bag.
Q: Is the bag reusable?
A: Yes! The bag is made from high-quality durable mesh, designed for repeated use over months or even years.
Q: Can I use it for other laundry items?
A: Absolutely! You can wash socks, delicate clothes, masks, and other small items safely inside the bag.
Orders & Shipping
Q: Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
A: Yes! COD is available across India. You can pay when your order arrives at your doorstep.
Q: How long will delivery take?
A: Standard delivery usually takes 4–8 business days, depending on your location. Some remote areas may take a few extra days.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: After your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking link via SMS or email so you can monitor your package until it arrives.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: Orders can only be modified or canceled before shipping. Once the order is dispatched, we cannot cancel or make changes.
Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original condition, and in their packaging.
Q: What if I receive a damaged or defective product?
A: No worries! We will replace it free of cost. Simply share a picture or video of the item with our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
Q: How do refunds work for COD orders?
A: Refunds for COD payments are processed via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.).
Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?
A: Refunds are processed within 2–4 business days after we receive and verify the returned product.
Product Care & Usage
Q: Will the bag damage my washing machine?
A: No. The zipper has a protective cover to prevent scratches or damage to the machine drum.
Q: How should I dry the bag after use?
A: The mesh material is quick-drying. Simply air-dry in sunlight or shade; do not use a dryer.
Q: Can I wash multiple items together?
A: You can wash one pair of shoes or a few small items like socks or masks together. Avoid overstuffing to prevent damage.

Q: Is online payment safe?
A: Yes. All transactions on our store are secured and encrypted to protect your personal and payment information.
